私費外国人留学生の奨学金受給候補者登録期間は4月1日（月）9:00から4月10日（水）23:29までです。ELMSポータルにアクセスし、「Registration for Scholarship」のリンクから登録画面に進んでください。

Registration term to be a scholarship candidate is from April 1st (9:00) to April 10th (23:29). Please access to ELMS Portal and register from the link “Registration for Scholarship”
