私費外国人留学生の奨学金受給候補者登録期間は4月8日（月）9:00から4月15日（月）23:29までです。ELMSポータルにアクセスし、「Registration for Scholarship」のリンクから登録画面に進んでください。

Registration term to be a scholarship candidate is from April 8th (9:00) to April 15th (23:29). Please access to ELMS Portal and register from the Website “Registration for Scholarship”
