民間団体等の奨学金（在籍者向け）
English民間団体・地方自治体等が提供している奨学金には，「大学を通して応募する奨学金」と、「個人で応募する奨学金」の２種類があります。
There are various scholarships available to self-supported international students, and are either applied for through the University, or directly.
（１） 大学を通して応募する奨学金/Scholarships applied for through University
北海道大学を通して応募する奨学金の受給を希望する場合はELMSから登録期間（7月、10月、4月）に奨学金受給候補者として登録を行ってください。詳細は下記を参照してください。
Students wishing to apply for scholarships should first check the registration period on the notice and complete registration procedures on the ELMS for candidates within the designated time frame (July, October or April). If you do not complete the registration procedures, you cannot apply for any scholarships. Please check the link below.
（２）個人で応募する奨学金/Scholarships applied for individually
下記奨学金は大学推薦が不要ですので、学生が直接財団に申請してください。
International students may directly apply for scholarships listed below without pre-selection by the University.
