We are pleased to announce that the online application site for the academic year 2017 is now open! All the latest information on admissions and applications procedures are available at the following link:

Applications to the ISP are then made online using the forms at the following link:

Please note that the application interface is only available in English.

2017 Application Acceptance Period

Online application period:

Open: November 14 (Mon), 2016 from 10:00 a.m. JST*

Close: December 19 (Mon), 2016 by 5:00 p.m. JST*

The deadline for receiving hard copies of application materials after online application:

January 6 (Fri), 2017, 5:00 p.m. JST*
