When sending your application materials, take the impact of COVID-19 on the postal service into the consideration and confirm in advance if they arrive at the university by the deadline.
For shipping from overseas, we recommend that you use registered express mail such as FedEx, UPS and DHL, and send it at least 2 weeks before the deadline.
