am sure that the last two years have been very difficult for you to enter and re-enter Japan. We appreciate your patience.<\/p>\n<p>Have you gotten used to life in Japan?<\/p>\n<p>I think there are many unpredictable events in your life as an international student.<\/p>\n<p>In our daily life, we often make decisions without awareness (it\u2019s called automatic thinking). They automatically pop into our minds and then disappear. They affect our feelings, our behavior, and our bodies. We learn how to make these judgments from our own experiences, and they become habitual. However, if there is a mistake or bias in our judgment, it can have a negative impact on us.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the International Student Advisory Center would like to hold a &#8220;Skill Improvement Workshop for International Students\u201d, to help you to understand your thought patterns, to get out of bad thinking habits, and to increase variations in problem solving.
