Online Relaxation Workshop: Learn How to Relax Your Mind and Body \u301cIt\u2019s Time to Give Your Brain a Break!\uff5e<\/p>\n

The International Student Counseling Office is holding an online relaxation workshop.
\nJoin us for a forty-five minute experiential workshop into Guided Imagery. This workshop is designed to help you calm your body and reduce tension while helping you maintain resilience against stress during difficult times. Guided Imagery is like a vivid daydream. With practice, this technique can also help you to better access your inner wisdom.<\/p>\n

During this workshop, participants will learn how to
\n\u25cf Increase their ability to relax while resting in the present moment
\n\u25cf Release tension and increase inner peace
\n\u25cf Get a break from thinking obsessively
\n\u25cf Build a more positive frame of mind that increases their resilience against stress
\n\u25cf Improve their ability to cope with stressful situations<\/p>\n
